No recovery key? Then your vault can't be opened. StackHangar never holds a copy, so we can't reset it for you.

That recovery key doesn't match. Check for look-alike characters (0 and O, 1 and I) and that all six groups are there.
Prototype: the demo key is K7QM-2X9D-WR4T-HB6N-PZ3C-8VJA. Any other value shows the error state.

Register a new passkey
Your recovery key worked. Now set up a passkey on this device (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, phone or security key) so you can unlock normally again.
